  2. All of the company's facilities and suppliers are located in located in countries that do not have an Extreme or High Risk Rating on the Maplecroft Map Labour Rights and Protection Risk Index
  3. Company offers expanded benefits to all full-time employees
  4. Company considers and enforces supply chain standards for labor fairness and equity in the selection process for supply chain partners
  5. Workforce, senior management and corporate governance bodies of a company reflect the diversity and make-up of local community
  6. Company has a diversity performance tracking and reporting system in place
